British Essentials Refund Policy

30-Day Refund Policy: Our policy allows you to request a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items:

We cannot accept refunds for food items or baby products. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and to adhere to the strictest standards of hygiene and product integrity.

When it comes to food items, the moment a product leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee its condition or storage, as it may be subject to various environmental factors beyond our control. For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on food items to prevent any potential contamination or tampering.

Likewise, with baby products, such as formula, diapers, and baby food, we prioritize the well-being and health of the infants and toddlers who rely on these products. Any potential tampering or mishandling could pose significant risks to their safety and health. Therefore, to maintain the utmost level of trust and safety, we do not accept returns for these essential items.

Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including:

  1. Perishable Goods: We cannot accept returns or refunds for food items, as the safety and quality of these products cannot be guaranteed once they leave our facility.
  2. Personal Care Products: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for personal care items like toiletries and cosmetics.
  3. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable

Refund Process: To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day window. You will be required to provide proof of purchase. Once your request is approved, you may be asked to return the item to us, at your expense, using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Only in the instance where we have made an error on your order you will also receive a refund for the cost of the shipping or equivalent.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable timeframe, please check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund is still not visible, please contact your financial institution. If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance at customerservice@britishessentials.com.

If you are returning a high value item item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
