Very poor. Damaged goods. Avoid at all costs

Placed order with them for one particular item which I thought was in stock and added in some cans of favourite soups to make up delivery amount. Received various emails to confirm order and despatch but no
Indication that main item could not be fulfilled until note in parcel saying out of stock. And then, to add insult to injury, every one of the six cans of soup was dented, some very badly. The parcel came by Royal Mail and was well packed and undamaged - and so the damaged cans must have been included when packed which is unforgivable!
